ORA-00700[Kskmsg_recalcruncount1]/[kgskadtovcls_novalidvc] Reported in Alert Log (Doc ID 741155.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The following symptoms have been attribued to this issue :-

a) Database is >=V11106

b) The following errors will be seen in the alert log :-

ORA-00700: internal error, Argument: [KSKMSG_RECALCRUNCOUNT1], [], [], []
ORA-00700: internal error, Argument: [kgskadtovcls_novalidvc]

Both errors are expected to be seen at very close timestamps to each other but likely to
be raised from different processes and written to different tracefiles and 'incidents'

KSKMSG_RECALCRUNCOUNT1 typically seems to be from the DBRM process and relates
to 'Resource Manager' within the database

c) No particular SQL is attributed to the problem and it may be that in the trace file we see :-

ORA-00700: internal error, Argument: [], [], []

Current SQL information unavailable - no cursor.

d) The 700[KSKMSG_RECALCRUNCOUNT1] call stack will be similar to :-
