Symptoms
The Enterprise Manager Agent (EMAGENT) shadow process is generating the following errors during dequeue operations:
ORA-07445: [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [_kwqidafc0+124] [PC:0x119AF60] [ADDR:0x4] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
ORA-25326: Array dequeue operation failed for message at index 1
ORA-03135: connection lost contact
