Gateway TG4DB2 with DB2 8.1 gets abend S04E reason 00F30075 due to CA ACF2 error (Doc ID 742323.1)

Issue with Gateway TG4DB2 10.2.0.3 after upgrading to DB2 8.1 for the first time;

Gateway proc messages shows DB2 abend 04E with reason code 00F30075
   
          00F30075
          Explanation: RACROUTE returned an error when a request was made to RACROUTE
                       to free an ACEE. This reason code is issued by the
                       following CSECTs: DSN3AUCN, DSN3AUSI
          System action: The connection or sign-on request is not processed.
          User response: A dump should be taken for problem analysis.

The dump shows S04E with reason code 00F30075 occurred at 16:14

but MVS Console log or syslog shows the "first" ACF2 error (ACF99913 , ACF90913)

occurred at 16:11 :
