Package SYS.KUPW$WORKER Became Invalid After Upgrading To 11.1.0.7

Symptoms

The package KUPW$WORKER became invalid after applying 11.1.0.7 patch set to 11.1.0.6 database. Now you can not perform DataPump exports.

SQL> alter package KUPW$WORKER compile body;

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show errors
