This problem can occur on any platform.
Using external table to load data into the database.
Recieve the following error at the time of create :
KUP-04021: field formatting error for field <FIELD>
KUP-04023: field start is after end of record
KUP-04101: record 2 rejected in file <DIR>/<FILENAME>.txt
Data file to be loaded has special characters like "É" In "MÉXico"
