ORA-600 [17280] ORA-3135 on Spatial Query (Doc ID 743291.1)

Running a spatial query fails with the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17280] , [8], [0x46E6A2020], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-03135 : connection lost contact

Current SQL statement for this session:
SELECT obj_id, layer_id, prc_id, geom FROM TABLE(Gis_Spatial_Pck.get_obj_fu(180120.000000,201130.000000,189966.000000,195318.000000,'10224,10622,20206,20222,20241,20227','GEOM','V,H'))

When getting above error, the performance of the system is slow.
