Goal

Renaming datafiles created with some special characters or with worng file names.

Example:
--------
In the front of file name there is special characters.

$ cd <PATH>/
$ ls -ltr

-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 4194320384 May 29 11:09 ? report_data_59.dbf
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 4194320384 May 29 11:09 ? report_data_60.dbf
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 4194320384 May 29 11:09 ? report_data_61.dbf
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 4194320384 May 29 11:09 ? report_data_62.dbf
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 4194320384 May 29 11:09 ? report_data_63.dbf
