ORA-7445 [SIGSEGV] [ADDRESS NOT MAPPED TO OBJECT] during DELETE (Doc ID 744403.1)

Symptoms

1. In a 10.2.x database the following errors are reported during a delete or insert statement, with the same stack trace. For example:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [79] [] []
Current SQL statement for this session:
DELETE FROM DETECTER_SNP WHERE IDSNP = :B2 AND IDGENEEPSILON = :B1

2.  During instance start up, the following errors can be showed:

ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared menory realm does not exist
Solaris-AMD64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
