Symptoms

Using DG4ODBC 11.1.0.6 on Linux x86-64 RHEL5 with FreeTDS 0.82  driver and UnixODBC driver manager to select from Microsoft  SQL*Server 2005 gives the following error on a select using SQLPLUS - 


With the same setup a select from Microsoft SQL*Server 2005 using SQLPLUS works successfully and using ISQL to select from SQL*Server 2005 also works successfully.
