Last updated on APRIL 03, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version to [Release 10.2]
Oracle Database Cloud Schema Service - Version N/A and later

Oracle Database Backup Service - Version N/A and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When attempting to perform an export using DataPump, it fails with the following errors:

ORA-31626: job does not exist
ORA-31637: cannot create job SYS_EXPORT_FULL_01 for user
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPV$FT_INT", line 600
ORA-39080: failed to create queues "" and "" for Data Pump job
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPC$QUE_INT", line 1580
ORA-01403: no data found

At first glance, it would seem that this is exactly what is described in <Note 345198.1>, however, even after attempting to run the scripts to rebuild the queue tables for DataPump, the errors are still encountered.

When reviewing the output from the scripts that were run, you see the following errors:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-24166: evaluation context SYS.AQ$_KUPC$DATAPUMP_QUETAB_V has errors
ORA-28031: maximum of 148 enabled roles exceeded
ORA-06512: at line 7
