Rman Duplicate Fails With Segmentation Fault (Doc ID 744717.1)

RMAN duplicate was done successfully but in last step i.e. opening duplicate database with resetlogs failed with "Segmentation Fault" and when trying to open the database manually the database was getting crashed with and the below error in alert.log

SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced

And in the alert log:

Errors in file /strdv901/strdv9db/10.2.0/admin/STRDV9_soa048/udump/strdv9_ora_23033.trc:
ORA-00704: bootstrap process failure
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2
ORA-01173: data dictionary indicates missing data file from system tablespace

Error 704 happened during db open, shutting down database
USER: terminating instance due to error 704
Wed Apr 23 13:08:13 2008
Errors in file /strdv901/strdv9db/10.2.0/admin/STRDV9_soa048/bdump/strdv9_mman_23015.trc:
ORA-00704: bootstrap process failure
Instance terminated by USER, pid = 23033
ORA-1092 signalled during: alter database open...
