After upgrade from to there are invalid components under dba_registry:

Oracle Database 10.2 Upgrade Status Utility 09-17-2008 18:01:00

Component Status Version
Oracle Database Server INVALID
JServer JAVA Virtual Machine VALID
Oracle Database Java Packages INVALID
Oracle XML Database VALID
Oracle Workspace Manager VALID

No critical errors have been found in the spool file for the run of the upgrade script.
No SYS/SYSTEM invalid objects have been found.

The select which indicates the invalid objects that caused the invalidation of the CATALOG or CATPROC return only user invalid objects.
