ORA-06564 'object <name> does not exist' and ORA-1403 'no data found' Errors When Running DBMS_STREAMS_ADM.REMOVE_STREAMS_CONFIGURATION (Doc ID 745688.1)

Symptoms

While removing Streams from a 10.2 database via the procedure DBMS_STREAMS_ADM.REMOVE_STREAMS_CONFIGURATION, the following errors are received:


SQL> execute DBMS_STREAMS_ADM.REMOVE_STREAMS_CONFIGURATION();

ORA-06564: object "<OWNER>"."BIN$WhLnzRoPa8DgRAAUTwNLbA==$0" does not exist

where <OWNER> is a schema in the database.  The object name shown in the ORA-06564 error does not need to have exactly the same name as the name shown in the above error example.
