In alert log file you may see the following error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghdmp_tpga_new()+74] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x278]
[PC:0x605D312] [Address not mapped to object] []

The generated trace file may contain the following message:
