Symptoms

crsctl query crs activeversion returns 10.1.0.2 on non-rac ASM node.

but crsctl query crs softwareversion returns correct version information.

$ crsctl query crs softwareversion
Oracle Clusterware version on node [<HOSTNAME>] is [10.2.0.1.0]
