Oracle Direct NFS feature.
Symptoms
With Oracle Direct NFS, all network interfaces on a database server (also called as NFS server client-side) can be used for both performance and I/O redundancy. Oracle Direct NFS Client automatically does load-balance I/O requests to the NAS device across existing server NICs.
However, netstat does not show network traffic going through all client-side interfaces.
Changes
Use of Oracle Direct NFS feature.
