Symptoms
Alert log reports:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qksfroFXTStatsLoc() - unknown KQ], [0], [], [], [],[], [], []
The call stack in the trace file includes all or some of the following functions:

issue alter system set "_disable_image_check" = true to disable these messages

This same issue has also been reported in 11.1.0.7 as:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qksfroFXTst()+192] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x40B] [PC:0x102AC46E0] [Address not mapped to object] []
accompanied by the same binary mismatch error.
