How to Recover Streams After Dropping Propagation (Doc ID 749181.1)

When streams propagation come into an un-recoverable condition, we may need to drop and re-create the propagation.

The following steps are what is needed to re-create the propagation and re-synchronizing the data if needed, without the need to stop any activity on the source objects.
