ORA-39109 Encountered When Performing Import Using REMAP_SCHEMA As Unprivileged User (Doc ID 749895.1)

Users USER1 and USER2 are unprivileged, they do not have IMP_FULL_DATABASE privileges and this is not an option.

Both USER1 and USER2 have a partitioned table (e.g. SALES) with the exact same structure

When attempting to perform a data pump import of the contents of a partition USER1.SALES:PART5  to USER2.SALES:PART5 using the REMAP_SCHEMA function, the import of the table succeeds, but import of a partition fails with the following errors:

ORA-31631: privileges are required
ORA-39109 - Unprivileged users may not operate upon other users' schemas
