Impdp Fails With ORA-600 [kkqfca:invalid input] While Processing Materialized Views (Doc ID 750702.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

While performing an import with Data Pump, the import stops while processing materialized views with the following errors in the import log file:

Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/MATERIALIZED_VIEW
ORA-39014: One or more workers have prematurely exited.
ORA-39029: worker 1 with process name "DW01" prematurely terminated
ORA-31672: Worker process DW01 died unexpectedly.

ORA-39014: One or more workers have prematurely exited.

At the same time the alert log is showing following error :

ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [kkqfca:invalid input], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The call stack functions from the trace file will look similar to:
