Symptoms
Users cannot login to the database.
Connection failed with ORA-01536 although enough space is available
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01536: space quota exceeded for tablespace 'USERS'
ORA-06512: at line 2
Only users with dba rights are able to connect.
The tablespace USERS is only filled by 82%, automatic extension is adjusted, and there is
enough space in the file system.
