LOGMINER GENERATES CORRUPT REDO BLOCK DETECTED: BAD CHECKSUM (Doc ID 751286.1)

Symptoms

There are no ORA-00600, ORA-07445, or ORA-1578 corruption errors reported in the Alert log.

The Alert log shows the following,

Autobackup failed with following error
ORA-19624: operation failed, retry possible
ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="c-1020296327-20081018-01", parms=""
ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
   VxBSACreateObject: Failed with error:
   Server Status:  Communication with the server has not been iniatated or the server status has not been retrieved from the server.
