Goal

The DataPump export dump is owned by "oracle" OS user and has permission 640 like below. Can this behavior be changed so that "world" has read privileges on the dmp file?

-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 29700096 May 17 10:40 <FILE NAME>.dmp
