Ora-600: [Krr_init_lbufs_1], [80], [66], [33] On Standby during MRP ( Recovery )

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

ORA-600 [krr_init_lbufs_1] during database recovery.
This can happen on Standby during MRP too

the error stack is as  follows
