ORA-39083 Functional Indexes Excluded on Datapump Import (Doc ID 751926.1)

Symptoms

When running a Datapump Import you receive the following errors:

ORA-39083: Object type INDEX failed to create with error:
ORA-00904: "MD7_T24ADMIN"."NUMCAST": invalid identifier
Failing sql is:
CREATE INDEX "RBC_T24ADMIN"."NIX_EBF_HOLD_CO000_C8" ON "RBC_T24ADMIN".
"EBF_HOLD_CO000" (NVL("MD7_T24ADMIN".

The above error was generated when trying to use Datapump to import into a new schema from a datapump export containing 2 schemas.

Function-based indexes are being excluded during the import as per the above errors.
