ORA-00600 [17128] or ORA-00600 [17147] During Fast Refresh Of Materialized View (Doc ID 752137.1)

Symptoms

Fast refresh of  a materialized view fails with errors such as ORA-00600 [17128], ORA-00600 [17147], ORA-00600: [17114], or ORA-07445.

o  Alert log shows following error messages:

ORA-600: internal error code, arguments:[17147], [0x9FFFFFFFEF5959C8], []
ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [KGHALO4], [0x6000000000058990]
ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [17128], [0x9FFFFFFFFD1E6CF8]

- OR -

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114], [0x2B9C2F0704E8], [], [], [], [], [], []


User's session terminates with the error:

ORA-3114: not connected to ORACLE


o Call stack trace for different errors is similar to:

  ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17147] 
  ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114]
