Symptoms

The following error was received in the alert.log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ttci2u()+3660] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0]
[PC:0x105C9EAEC] [Address not mapped to object] []

The trace file may report: Current SQL information unavailable - no cursor.
