Symptoms

Using OCI Services 7.2.0.2 to connect via a DBLINK from an Oracle Server database running 9.2.0.8 to Oracle Rdb. When you try to query one of the tables (only one, the others work) in the Oracle Rdb database you get the following error in SQL*Plus:
