Multiple Heap corruption type errors from apply slaves similar to the following: Issue can also present symptoms like:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgmtdllb1], [4098], [4000], [], [],
[], [], []
Streams Apply Server P001 pid=110 OS id=21744 stopped
Streams Apply Reader P000 pid=108 OS id=18797 stopped

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17114], [0xB5571FE8], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-10382: parallel query server interrupt (reset)

The symtoms can vary and most likely related to heap corruption ORA-600s and ORA-7445s.

ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
