This problem can occur on any platform.
o Alert log shows following error:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [_kkslmtl+524]
[PC:0xF41EC0] [ADDR:0x0] [UNABLE_TO_READ] 
Core dump in kkslmtl is being reported.
Function kkslmtl is trying to access memory location 00000000.
One of the 7445 arguments is "[ADDR:0x0]" which is illegal.
The Binary Stack dump will also show something similar to:

and that the entry point for function kkslmtl is also 00000000.
