Database Hung With ORA-3136, Hang Was Stopped By ORA-00600: [17182] (Doc ID 755387.1)

Database Hangs and process is killed.  In the alert log, the following errors are seen:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17182], [0x1104301C0], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-00028: your session has been killed

The trace file shows select against V$FLASH_RECOVERY_AREA_USAGE.

The call stack trace is similar to:
