Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 10.3.0.1.0 in Production:
When attempting to Register the mobile client using the MS windows Mobile 5.0 Device: H-16-ARMV4I
the following error occurs:

ERROR
WINCE 500

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the ORacle Lite cab file olite.us.ppc50.armv4i_sdk which comes from the mobile SDK
10.3.0.1.0
2. Synchronize
3. Dmagent.exe fails to register.
