Goal

 

PARALLEL_EXECUTION_MESSAGE_SIZE is set by default to 2k.  Should this be set to a higher number?  If so, under what conditions?  Why was the default 2k chosen?  Should we increase the default to a higher number or set it manually to a higher number?
