Oracle Server Enterprise Edition - Version: 10.2.0.4
Various transaction errors in dba_apply_error as follows :
 ORA-12899 : value too large for column
For example, the related txn details may indicate :
The associated column size is defined as varchar2(4).
The transaction was an update and the value of the column was NULL.
The error message indicates actual size actual: 57 , maximum :4.
Details appears incorrect or corrupted.
 ORA-22922: nonexistent LOB value
The error relates to an internal inconsistency when processing a Lob column.
The transactions can be manually executed successfully.
