11g Listener Fails to Start: Cannot Load Program ORACLE_HOME/bin/Tnslsnr (Doc ID 758227.1)

An attempt to start the 11g listener using the lsnrctl utility yields the following message:

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /app/Administrator/product/.../bin/tnslsnr because of the
following errors:

0509-150 Dependent module /app/Administrator/product/../1110/lib32/ could not
be loaded.
0509-103 The module has an invalid magic number.
TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact
TNS-12560: TNS:proto adapter error
TNS-00517: Lost contact
IBM/AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 32: Broken pipe


This is likely a new installation or possibly the LIB_PATH, LIBPATH, SHLIB_PATH or LD_LIBRARY_PATH has been changed since the installation took place.
