Symptoms

When using the DBMS_REDEFINITION to reorganize tables in the streams system you get errors in the alert log file as following:

knlc_ProcessMVDD-1: MISSING Streams multi-version data dictionary!!!
knlldmm: gdbnm=TEST.WORLD
knlldmm: objn=1167980
knlldmm: objv=5
knlldmm: scn=8311667957867
knlldmm: opnum=6
