This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

In database vault a database audit on realm secured objects does not log appropriate results for
corresponding audit conditions .

For example :

When a command rule violation occurs, the expected return code should be ORA-01031. However,
Return Code will be to set to 0 on Command Rule Audit report in Database Vault Administrator.
