This problem can occur on both the Instant Clients as well as Full Oracle Client installations.
Effects both 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52 setups
When using the instant client oracle odbc driver to return a result set from a stored procedure is resulting in a memory leak.
The memory leak is observed on both instant client odbc driver and the regular Oracle odbc driver. However on the regular Oracle odbc driver it is not leaking as much memory. This problem did not occur on 10.2.0.4.0 Oracle ODBC Driver. This started to occur in 184.108.40.206.0 Oracle ODBC Driver.
During testing it was noticed that part of the memory leak was fixed by applying the 220.127.116.11 Oracle Database Family patch 9 <
