(Doc ID 760051.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2025
Applies to:
Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 10.2.0.1 to 11.1.0.7 [Release 10.2 to 11.1]Oracle Database Cloud Schema Service - Version N/A and later
Oracle Database Exadata Cloud Machine - Version N/A and later
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Database Service - Version N/A and later
Oracle Database Cloud Exadata Service - Version N/A and later
Linux x86-64
Goal
In a single server database environment (RedHat Linux 4.0) with ASM, whenever server is rebooted, only the ocssd comes back automatically all the other services; including ASM instance, database and listener have to be manually started.
Is something missing in the installation?
Is there any generic work around to auto start the mentioned services?
