ORA-600[12760] And ORA-4030 Errors Are Reported Due to Memory Leak (Doc ID 760287.1)

Symptoms

The following errors are seen in the alert log:
     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12760], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
     ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate bytes (,)
     ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate xx bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)

The call stack can look like this:
     psdgbaa psdgba pfrfd2_init_binds pfrfd_init_frame pfrinstr_INFR pfrrun_no_tool ...

The trace file may show that the current SQL statement matches the following:
     BEGIN EMD_LOADER.UPDATE_CURRENT_METRICS(:1, :2, :3, :4, :5, :6); END;

The trace file may also show that the process is using a large amount of PGA (2.2Gb in this example):
     ub4 ksmvpz_ [C8180C8, C8180CC) = 8CF0ABD0
