ORA-7445 [Kxsdcbc] Unable To Cleanup Old Record (Doc ID 760841.1)

Symptoms

If you try to delete a record using the rowid, it fails with the internal error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [_kxsdcbc+506]
                      [PC:0x8AAB42] [ADDR:0x18] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

The failing statement looks like:
    delete from <table name> where rowid = 'AAAKfxAANAAAN9aAAJ'

Call Stack is:

Initially the issue was identified in <> closed as a duplicate of Unpublished Bug 5905284.

However, in the backport request for Unpublished Bug 5905284 on Windows platform has been released the oneoff patch for Unpublished Bug 5893331.

So, the fix for Unpublished Bug 5905284 is not included in 10.2.0.3 Patch bundle 18.
