ORA-600[kskreconfignuma2] While Replacing CPU Board Running On Solaris 5.9 or 10 (Doc ID 761156.1)

Symptoms

Replacing a CPU or IO board running on Solaris 5.9 or 10, crashes the instance with following similar messages in alert log:

Detected change in CPU count to 4

ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [kskreconfignuma2], [kskcpucc], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:lgrp_cpus failed with status: 3
ORA-27301: OS failure message: No such process
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgsnnprocs2

ORA-2097: parameter cannot be modified because specified value is invalid

CKPT: terminating instance due to error 2097
Instance terminated by CKPT, pid = 6860


The call stack in the trace file is similar to:
