ORA-07445 [KGHUNPHY()+412] Instance Crash With Fix For Bug 5922239 (Doc ID 761206.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

o Alert log shows core dump in kghunphy:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghunphy()+412] [SIGSEGV]
[Invalid permissions for mapped object] [0x105EBC120] [


o ORA-07445 trace file shows a stack trace is similar to:

kghunphy kghcln kghundo kslilcr ksl_cleanup
kghfre ktcccdel ktcrab kssxdl kssdch_stage
ksuxds ksucln

o PMON is attempting to delete all the dead processes (likely killed previously
by the alter system kill cmd...) and crashed while in the latch cleanup
routines.


o Patch 5922239 is applied.
