Symptoms

CDC propagation jobs fails at the destination with the following error :

ORA-25455: evaluation error for rule set: STAGING_CDCPUB.RULESET$_1944, evaluation context:
SYS.STREAMS$_EVALUATION_CONTEXT
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "SYS.LOGMNR_GTLO3", line 70
ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-02063: preceding 5 lines from TSTAE
