Symptoms
The following error was received during a SELECT from V$SQL_PLAN using ACCESS and FILTER PREDICATES:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [msqopnws()+14664] [SIGSEGV]
- OR -
ORA-7445: exception encountered: core dump [msqidn()+136] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x2AA1183ACC] [] []
