Symptoms
In a Linux/Unix environment, if you interrupt by pressing <Ctrl+C> the expdp or impdp command when prompted for a password, the process is killed and the OS prompt is returned. However, the following options of STTY are not turned back on:echo

echok
Subsequent commands typed on OS prompt are not visible, until manually turning the echo options on with:
This problem occurs in 10.1, 10.2 and 11.1 database versions and does not occur with exp/imp utilities.
