ORA-600[549] WHEN STARTING CJQ0 (Doc ID 764258.1)

Oracle Server - Enterprise Edition - Version: 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

This issue was observed on Oracle 10.2.0.4 32-bit on a Linux x86 server.

You may see intermittent errors in the alert log as follows:
Starting background process CJQ0
CJQ0 started with pid=35, OS id=1331
Fri Dec 12 13:33:51 2008
Errors in file <dump file name>:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [549], [], [], [], [], [], [], []


The errors always are accompanied by 'Starting background process CJQ0'.
However, not every startup of CJQ0 will give the ORA-600 error.

The failing SQL statement will probably for Oracle Configuration Managre (OCM)

Current SQL statement for this session:
