ORA-07445, Core Dumps in KXSXSI, EVACST, KGHSSAPAGE And ORA-3113 With XMLTABLE (Doc ID 778950.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

o Alert log shows following errors:

ORA-7445: exception encountered: core dump [kxsxsi()+408] [SIGSEGV] [unknown]
ORA-7445: exception encountered: core dump [evacst()+666] [SIGSEGV] [unknown ]

and internal error:

ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [kghfrempty:ds], [0x2A97220080]

and stack trace is similar to:

ksedst <- ksedmp <- ssexhd <- funlockfile <- kxsxsi <- opiexe <- opiodr <-
