Cloning Fails During Recovery with ORA-19870 ORA-19502 and ORA-27072 (Doc ID 779084.1)

Cloning the database using Rman.

Restore is successful. However recovery fails with

ORA-19870: error reading backup piece /dump/ipwp/arc_backup/IPWP_arc_20081117_s34233_p1
ORA-19502: write error on file "/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db/dbs/arch1_86743_620229694.dbf", blockno 56321 (blocksize=512)
ORA-27072: File I/O error

Oracle Error:
