Demontrate how to verify Oracle and TimesTen database character sets using both Oracle SQLPlus and TimesTen ttIsql


1. It is currently not possible to verify the TimesTen database character set using Oracle SQLPlus
2. TimesTen Cache Connect must be installed to use ttIsql to query Oracle
3. When using TimesTen Cache Connect to Oracle the database character set must match between Oracle and TimesTen
